Strength and Conditioning
I’ve been involved in sports performance since graduating from Muhlenberg College in 1999. I created FASST Performance in 2001 and worked with athletes ranging from youth to the professional level. Some of my notable athletes include 2015 1st round NFL draft pick, Kevin White (Chicago Bears), 2014 5th round NFL draft pick, Devin Street, and 2nd round MLB draft pick, Matt McBride (Cleveland Indians).
My career as a strength and conditioning coach has enabled me to work with some of the top high school athletes in the country and coach at some of the top University’s in the world. I have been fortunate enough to have interned at the University of Alabama and assist with the 2019 FBS finalist crimson tide football team. Following my time with the Crimson Tide, I was an assistant football strength and conditioning coach at Louisiana Tech University. I am currently the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Albright College. I continue to train athletes at camps, clinics, and mentor young strength and conditioning coaches who are breaking into the field.
