FASST is a company that was created by athletes for athletes. We pride ourselves on creating an environment that is unlike any other in the area. While most training facilities have mirrors, nice areas to sit, and a comfortable setting. Our environment does the opposite. In the winter it is cold, in the summer it is hot, and the space is designed to keep the athlete aware at all times of where they are in relation to the other athletes training.

While training with FASST, the athlete will be challenged both physically and mentally. We push our athletes to the limit in training so they will perform at their best when it matters the most in their respective sports. This training environment is not meant for everyone and we only entertain consideration from the serious and dedicated athlete. If you are looking to hang out and sit on a comfortable chair, FASST is probably not for you.
